Cars heading north on Walnut Street stack up behind a grader plowing snow to the middle of the road Monday evening. ÒWe wonÕt be stopping until we get residential streets and downtown cleared,Ó Grand Island Public Works Director Steve Riehle said on Monday. ÒWe havenÕt stopped yet. We just keep circling around.Ó
