Matthew Ortega, dispatcher for Island Towing, looks out the window at the storm, a stuck semitrailer, and FedEx trailers waiting to turn onto Elk Drive Monday during the storm that dropped snow on central Nebraska throughout the day. Chloe Aguilar, owner of the company, takes a call in the background. Island Towing was giving estimates of 3-5 hours for service because of the weather conditions and the number of calls they were receiving.
