Hall County Surveyor Casey Sherlock has budgeted for improvements or replacement of eight Hall County bridges in 2006-07. The bridges, like this one at McGuire Road and Airport Road, have structural or design problems. The support pilings on this 51-year-old wooden bridge are rotting out and the dirt packed in behind the support backwall has been washed out from stormwaters Ñ issues that could lead to a collapse.
