A happy Candida Cruz McNamee (right) places her hands on her heart after being told by Jorge Ramos from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Omaha that she had passed the written U.S. citizenship test Wednesday at Howard Elementary School. The ICE sponsored an immigration clinic that included administration of the citizenship test and an opportunity for immigrants to ask questions about their immigration status and the status of their family members.
