Independent/Lane Hickenbottom

Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Preston Fegly, a Newell Elementary fifth-grader who devours books, has earned 1,636 in the Reading Counts program this year. Having already reached his goal of breaking his personal record of 1,505 points, the number he achieved in third-grade, Fegly is hoping to reach 2,000 points by the end of the year.
