Architect Martin Berglund holds an architectural model of the new Grand Island/Hall County Public Safety Center (left) and the new Hall County Jail outside of the Hall County Administration Building Tuesday before giving a presentation to members of the Hall County board. Highway 30 is at the bottom of the model, with a shared driveway running in between both buildings. The former talc plant, now owned by Omaha Paper, is shown on the upper left of the model, with the elevated Burlington Northern tracks on the upper right.
