After the dedication of the new Wood River Fire Hall, Chuck Carman, of the Gibbon Volunteer and Fire Rescue Department, and Sue Ann Thomas (background) examine the statue gracing the southwest side of the property. The sculpture was dedicated to the memories of Bob Heminger and Kenny Woitalewicz.
