The statue dedicated to the memories of Bob Heminger and Kenny Woitalewicz, who lost their lives two years ago this month after trying to rescue an elderly woman in a house fire, stands on the southwest corner of the property of the new Wood River Fire Hall. The building was dedicated Sunday afternoon.
