Fire departments from Alda, Chapman, Cairo and Dannebrog provided tanker trucks to the St. Libory Volunteer Fire Department and Grand Island Rural Fire Department in assistance to putting out a house fire at 3600 W. 1- R Road Tuesday afternoon. The fire destoryed at least half of the home (seen in the background).
