Larry Heil, Rainwater Kennels owner, takes about hidden fences with Dan Monaghan, of Central City, to try and keep his samoyed in the yard. Heil admitted to cheating by using Denny, the four-week old labrador that was for sale, to draw visitors to his booth at the annual Fonner Park Home Show.
