Independent/Barrett Stinson

Members of the Grand Island Rural Fire Department work to stabilize and extricate a passenger in the front seat of a vehicle that that was involved in an accident with a semi-truck Friday afternoon. The Jaws of Life were used to free the man who was trapped in the vehicle.
