Independent/Lane Hickenbottom Marty Shukert of RDG Planning and Design in Omaha projects concept drawings of a proposed new park for downtown Grand Island Thursday at the Grand Theater to a group of downtown business owners. The $3 million project would include a stage, water feature and a revamped entrance from Third Street.
